Order 1134/2000 on the approval of procedural expertise, findings and other forensic work
Article 5 . – Coroners are required to maintain secrecy and protect information in accordance with the rules of professional ethics . in order to fulfill this obligation coroners :
a ) notify interested persons forensic result only if this does not affect the activity of criminal investigation ;
b ) keep the secret regarding work and findings they carry , can use the documentary material of forensic work communications or scientific papers only after solving the case .
